Testimonials
"I have worked with Dan Johnston for many years. I have great respect for his style of therapy and the care with which he treats my patients. I would not hesitate to send friends and family to Dynamic Physical and Hand Therapy, Inc. and have done so."

"First, I would like to say that having been chronically ill for some time, I have been to quite a few physical therapists, but Dan Johnston is a cut above all the rest.
I will now share with you the reasons why I believe this to be true. My husband and I have been treated by Dan for our respective orthopedic issues; my husband was treated for post-op rotator cuff surgery, and myself, for Lyme’s Disease. My husband‘s surgery, by Dr. Hartman, was a bit more complex due to the fact, that there had been so much damage done to the area.
After the surgery, my husband, Denis, had a lot of painful and weakness around the right shoulder region. The regimen that Dan placed upon him was remarkable; he re-gained his strength and stamina, in what seemed like record time! With Dan’s expertise, and attention to the intricacies related to Denis’ rehabilitation from rotator cuff surgery, Denis feels that he would not have progressed as quickly as he did.
My story is a little more emotional; I’ve had the symptoms associated with Lyme’s disease for about 4 years. As days pass, I have good days and bad days, in regards to the symptoms, which include muscle spasms, muscle/joint pain and weakness, and chronic fatigue to name just a few.
Dan's caring attention to my condition amazed me and my specialist, Dr. Steven Harris, M.D. Dan researched the circumstances associated with Lyme’s disease; he also confers with my specialist on a regular basis.
Unfortunately, being diagnosed an entire year after initial infection, makes treating the disease much more challenging for the doctors. Medications, both orally and intravenously have helped, but the side effects are almost as bad (at times) as the symptoms from the disease itself.
My saving grace, in my opinion, has been physical therapy with Dan Johnston. No matter how bad I may physically feel, physical therapy, (unlike medications) has had no adverse effects on my condition. In fact, it has helped me to feel stronger, so my body can gain the strength to fight!
My hope is that in the future, as the C.D.C. documents more positive patient outcomes, physical therapy with be a major factor in the Lyme’s disease treatment protocol. I highly recommend Dan to every Lyme's patient."
